1. What is The Seeker's Academy?
The Seeker's Academy is a self realization institution dedicated to helping seekers awaken to their real nature and anchor in their body-mind-heart the peace, clarity, and joy that come with self-realization. Our unique Out of the Maze programs offer a clear, structured path for self-discovery, guided by Bastianela, a spiritual teacher with over 30 years of experience. Through our 4-Pillar Compass, we provide practical tools and personalized mentorship to help you stabilize in your true nature and integrate it into your everyday life.

2. What is the 4-Pillar Compass?
The 4-Pillar Compass is a proven framework that guides your journey from confusion and seeking to clarity and the simplicity and eternity of being. It consists of four core pillars:

Pillar 1: The Map – A practical guide to understanding where you are on your journey and what to expect next.

Pillar 2: The Method – A simple, powerful practice that helps you trace your way back to yourself and stay grounded in your presence.

Pillar 3: The Integration – A simple tool and adequate guidance for releasing emotional and psychological blocks, allowing you to integrate your realization and experience wholeness.

Pillar 4: The Mastery – Mastery in navigating your realization process, flowing with the journey and experiencing every moment as beauty and love.

These pillars create a clear, step-by-step path of self-realization that is both deeply transformative and easy to follow.

3. What makes The Seeker's Academy different from other self-realization programs?
The Seeker's Academy is unique because we offer a clear, structured, and comprehensive path of self-realization, with everything you need in one place. There's no need to waste time figuring things out— we've already done that for you, so you can have a more effective and focused journey.

Our approach focuses on simplifying the journey, rather than abstract concepts or complex teachings. We provide practical tools that can be seamlessly integrated into your daily life. With personalized guidance from Bastianela, you'll receive close support tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a transformation that is both effective and deeply rooted.

4. Which program is right for me?
We offer several programs designed to meet you where you are on your journey:

The Seeker's Mastery: Academic Year Program (9 months) – Ideal for those seeking a comprehensive, deep dive into self-realization over

the course of a year.

The Seeker’s Retreat (12 weeks) – Perfect for those seeking a more concentrated, immersive experience to deepen their understanding and practice of the 4-Pillar Compass.

The Seeker’s Compass – A clear, self-study foundational teachings and structured guide for navigating your self-realization journey with practical tools and personalized guidance.

The Finder's Circle: Post-Graduation Support – Monthly meditation sessions and Q&A webinars to help you stay connected and continue deepening your growth.

5. Do I need any prior experience in spiritual practices?
Our programs are designed for committed seekers who have been on the path for a while but may not have seen clear results, progress or have difficulty in grounding their realization. However, if you have a clear determination and dedication to realize your true nature, our programs are designed to meet you wherever you are. Bastianela’s teachings are accessible, clear, and specifically crafted to help you move past confusion and into a grounded, lived experience of your essential nature.

6. How much time will I need to dedicate to the program each week?
For our 9-month Academic Year Program, we recommend setting aside 2-3 hours per week for live classes, study, and practice. For the 12-week Retreats, it’s a more focused commitment of around 3-5 hours per week. This includes time for weekly live sessions, integrating the practices, and going through the foundational curriculum, reflecting on your personal journey.

We also offer ongoing support via our community portal and one-on-one sessions (in most of our programs), ensuring that you are never alone on your path.

7. Will I have direct access to Bastianela?
Yes! Each program includes group live calls and one-on-one sessions with Bastianela for personalized mentoring. These sessions are an opportunity to address your specific challenges, breakthroughs, and progress on your path. Additionally, you’ll receive support during weekly live classes, where Bastianela offers deep insights and answers to your questions.

8. How does the community support my journey?
At The Seeker's Academy, we believe that transformation is richer when shared. As a participant, you’ll have access to our private group community portal, where you can connect with like-minded seekers, share insights, and ask questions. The community offers a safe, warm space for you to grow together with others who are also committed to realizing and embodying their true nature. Experiences shared by other seekers in the group often reflect your own transformation from different perspectives, helping you see and deepen your understanding of what is unfolding in your realization process.

9. Is there a payment plan available?

10. How do I register for a program?
Simply visit the Programs & Events section of our website to choose the program that’s right for you and follow the registration instructions. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help you take the next step on your journey.

11. Can I join a program if it has already started?
Unfortunately, no. Some of our programs, such as The Seeker's Mastery, are only offered once a year. This program begins every February and runs for 9 months as our academic year program. The Seeker's Retreat is offered twice a year, in spring and autumn. We recommend checking the Programs & Events page for the latest details and registration deadlines, as timely enrollment is essential for these transformative experiences.

12. Can I join the program if I live outside of the country?
Yes! Our programs are completely online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. All live classes are conducted online, and the materials are accessible through our member portal, allowing you to engage in the program no matter your time zone. For the specific hours of the classes, go to the Program page you wish to join.

13. What happens after I complete the program?
Once you've completed your program, you will have the tools to continue your journey independently. However, you can always choose to deepen your experience with us, either through a more advanced program or by joining our Post-Graduate Support, which includes monthly meditation sessions and Q&A webinars to help you stay connected and continue your growth. You'll also have lifetime access to the foundational modules, allowing you to revisit them whenever you need.
