About Bastianela
Bastianela is the heart and soul behind the Seeker's Academy, a spiritual teacher with over 30 years of experience dedicated to making the wisdom of self-realization clear, accessible, and transformative. Her journey of awakening began at the age of 15, when a profound realization struck her: “If I do not discover who I truly am, I will never be happy.” This insight became the guiding force of her life, propelling her on a deep and relentless inquiry into the nature of the Self.
By the age of 17, Bastianela had enrolled in a traditional yoga school, and at 22, she moved into an ashram, where she immersed herself fully in the practices of yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry. After spending 23 years in the ashram, her spiritual journey was rich with experience—but she found that the deeper truth and peace she sought still eluded her.
After all those years of seeking, everything shifted for her when she had a moment of profound realization: “If I already am that which I seek, then there is no sense in searching for myself. All I need is to simply BE myself.” This insight marked a radical shift in her understanding. She recognized that self-realization was not about searching, effort, purification, or time—it was about an immediate shift in perception, a direct recognition of one’s truth.
From this moment of clarity, Bastianela refined and deepened her understanding, synthesizing a teaching method that makes self-realization clear, simple, and accessible. She now dedicates her life to helping others experience the peace, joy, and fulfillment that arise from embodying their true self as infinite awareness - in a way that is clear, direct and grounding.
Bastianela’s approach is rooted in clarity, simplicity, and direct experience. She teaches that true spiritual awakening is not a distant goal but an immediate realization that is already present, waiting to be recognized. Her method - that took her 30 years to distill and clarify - empowers now students to awaken and stabilize in their true nature without struggle or confusion.
